I’m Elise. I was born and raised in New York.
Then life moved South.
About Me
I grew up in New York, where home meant family, tradition, and a certain way of doing things. Now I’m raising my own family in South Carolina, where life looks different—and, in some ways, surprisingly familiar.
South of Home is where I write about that space between the two: motherhood, marriage, houses, style, traditions, the things we inherit, and the things we choose to carry forward.
